- Guests must present valid ID proofs at the time of booking and upon arrival.
- Our fully equipped kitchen is available for use by guests during their stay, provided the extra charges for usage have been paid.
- Guests will be charged the actual cost of repair or replacement for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
- In case of any grievances or delays, guests can reach out to our team for assistance.
- Guests are not allowed to invite other guests or day visitors during their stay.
- Loud music is not permitted beyond 9 pm in the outdoor areas. Soft music can be played indoors after 9 pm to avoid disturbing our neighbors.
- Consumption of alcohol is allowed only within limits.
- Carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons on the property is strictly prohibited. The management reserves the right to report such activities to the local authorities.
- Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to items.
- Children must be supervised at all times while in indoor or outdoor spaces.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for guests, subject to availability.
- Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtray and take necessary precautions to prevent fires.
- In case of a power outage, an inverter is available in the villa.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vodafone Idea work well at the villa.
- Any inappropriate behavior or violation of these House Rules may result in a refusal to accept a booking or a request for guests to leave if already checked-in.
Pool Rules
- Guests may use the pool from 8 AM to 7 PM only. Pool access is strictly prohibited beyond 7 PM.
- Food and drinks are not allowed in and around the pool area.
- We require guests to wear appropriate swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.
- Children must be supervised while in or around the pool at all times, as there is no lifeguard on site.

Cancellation Policies
- For cancellation requests made more than 30 days before the check-in date, 80% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- For cancellation requests made between 30-15 days before the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- No refund will be provided for cancellation requests made within 15 days of the check-in date.
- Refunds will be provided only for bookings where the complete amount has been paid. No refund will be provided for partial payments.
