  • All stay and meal payments must be prepaid prior to check-in.
  • The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking, and only those accounted for are allowed on the property.
  • If the number of guests exceeds the maximum occupancy limit, extra charges will apply depending on the propertys sale value and the number of nights stayed.
  • A refundable security deposit of INR 5000 per room will be collected before check-in. The security deposit is subject to change depending on the property and group size.
  • The security deposit will be refunded at check-out provided the number of guests does not increase, and check-out time is adhered to. We do not accept cash on site for any reason.

House Rules

  • Guests must present valid ID proofs at the time of booking and upon arrival.
  • Our fully equipped kitchen is available for use by guests during their stay, provided the extra charges for usage have been paid.
  • Guests will be charged the actual cost of repair or replacement for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
  • In case of any grievances or delays, guests can reach out to our team for assistance.
  • Guests are not allowed to invite other guests or day visitors during their stay.
  • Loud music is not permitted beyond 9 pm in the outdoor areas. Soft music can be played indoors after 9 pm to avoid disturbing our neighbors.
  • Consumption of alcohol is allowed only within limits.
  • Carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons on the property is strictly prohibited. The management reserves the right to report such activities to the local authorities.
  • Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to items.
  • Children must be supervised at all times while in indoor or outdoor spaces.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for guests, subject to availability.
  • Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtray and take necessary precautions to prevent fires.
  • In case of a power outage, an inverter is available in the villa.
  • Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vodafone Idea work well at the villa.
  • Any inappropriate behavior or violation of these House Rules may result in a refusal to accept a booking or request for guests to leave if already checked in.

Pool Rules

  • Guests may use the pool from 8 AM to 7 PM only. Pool access is strictly prohibited beyond 7 PM.
  • Food and drinks are not allowed in and around the pool area.
  • We require guests to wear appropriate swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.
  • Children must be supervised while in or around the pool at all times, as there is no lifeguard on site.

Booking Policies

Cancellation Policies

  • For cancellation requests made more than 30 days before the check-in date, 80% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • For cancellation requests made between 30-15 days before the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellation requests made within 15 days of the check-in date.
  • Refunds will be provided only for bookings where the complete amount has been paid. No refund will be provided for partial payments.
